IT-Corner’s Control Key provides network support to clients either on networks and servers we have installed, or on "inherited" networks following a site survey. By completing a survey we can understand the network infrastructure in depth, and can access the network using appropriate and proven monitoring and diagnostic tools.

§        More than ever before, IT infrastructure is both a key enabler for business strategy and the source of competitive advantage in many industries. At the same time, technology infrastructure that supports business has grown rapidly in scope and breadth, becoming more and more complex. As a result, IT executives are being asked to reduce risk by keeping new technology investments and ongoing support of existing IT solutions directly aligned with business objectives.

§         More importantly, as IT enters into an era where operational excellence counts, IT organizations are focusing efforts on improving IT service levels while also reducing service delivery and service support costs as a key driver for delivering IT value.

§         Businesses have come to depend on their computing and network infrastructure. IT Components are not just tools to get the job done anymore. They are the means companies use to transact with customers, suppliers, and partners.

§         Downtime of critical business applications has real costs, including lost sales, lost customers, and—increasingly—a lower stock price. Employees may not be able to get their work done. Customers may not be able to place orders, which could result in a permanent loss of their business. Deficiencies in activity-based cost or other cost-allocation methods tend to hide these very real costs. Nevertheless, a single downtime incident could cost a business tens of thousands to millions of dollars.
